Arslan Ryspekov
Arslan has more than nine years of experience in M&A and hands-on operational involvement across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence through execution, integration, and long-term portfolio management.
Before founding DAR, Arslan worked at a U.S.-based private equity firm focused on lower-middle-market roll-up strategies, working closely with founders and management teams on strategic initiatives and sustainable growth.
Nurbek Turdukulov
Nurbek brings more than 20 years of investment and entrepreneurial experience across Europe and Asia.
Prior to DAR, Nurbek founded and scaled companies in the telecommunications and healthcare sectors, leading them through expansion, professionalization, and exits to strategic investors. His experience includes growth-oriented and cross-border investments, operational improvement, and multi-entity consolidation.
